Justinne and Gerie’s second wedding was monochromatic magic! Their first ceremony was a backyard mico-wedding which took place a few months after their original wedding date was postponed due to the pandemic. Proof that any day can be a wedding day, the newlyweds re-wed on a numerically sequential Wednesday, with a celebration date of 2.2.22.
With all white chairs for the ceremony and two different styles of black chairs for the reception, bentwood and chiavari, we kept the design consistent with black flatware, black napkins and black chargers and crisp white dinnerware. Petite black compote vessels held the clouds of baby’s breath and black tapered candles added edgy romance to the wedding tabletops.
As seen on Junebug.
